• Initial meeting to discuss theme, style and budget
• Second meeting to determine theme, colors, decor, etc.
• Ongoing consultations and unlimited communications via phone or e-mails
• Recommendations for: vendor, caterer, photographer, wedding cake/dessert table, makeup artist, hair salon, bridal boutique, DJ/entertainment, decorator, florist, etc.
• Communication with all parties involved in the wedding such as vendor, day of transportation, photographer, salon, etc.
• Budget development and payment schedules
• Coordination of rehearsal/ dinner, coordination of ceremony/ reception and development of detailed wedding day itinerary
• All contracts review

• Accompanying you for in person meetings with: venue, caterer, makeup artist, hair salon, bridal boutique, DJ/entertainment, decorator, florist, etc.
• Hotel arrangements for guest
• Destination weddings/ events
